The company is a leading player in the plastic injection moulding industry. They are seeking an experienced Operations/Plant Manager to provide operational and strategic leadership to their plant.

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
• Manage quality assurance programs.
• Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

• Proven experience in an production/engineering operations of an injection moulding plant
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
