Senior System Administrator

About the Role

As part of the IT team, you will assist in maintaining and ensuring all IT platforms systems are functioning effectively. Ensure cyber security standards are applied to all systems, platforms, and applications. Additionally, you will play a role in ensuring business continuity for critical infrastructure and platforms.

As a Senior Systems Administrator you will:

1. Integrate and adopt Microsoft best practices for M365, Entra, Defender, Intune, Purview.
2. Define and enforce Ezypay Cyber security standards on all systems, platforms and applications.
3. Be the expert in policy management with Intune, Autopilot for Windows and Mac.
4. Maintain and monitor all Ezypay applications and ensure all endpoints are available and functioning as required.
5. Ensure business continuity for critical infrastructure and platform.
6. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
7. Advanced skills in M365 Intune.
8. Extensive experience with M365 Entra.
9. Identify significant problems & opportunities. Analyze problems and people in depth. Sort the “wheat from the chaff”, determining root causes.
10. Generate sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems.
11. Passionately find ways over, around, or through barriers to success. Achieve results despite lack of resources. Go beyond the call of duty. Show bias for action. Be a results-oriented “doer.”
12. Write clear, precise, well-organized documents using appropriate vocabulary, grammar & word usage.
