The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

  • Sorting, making copies and filing of documents for all projects.
  • Sending correspondences/mails to purchasers, lawyers and end-financiers.
  • Pre VP preparation work for Residensi Seni.
  • Coordination with IT & Project for pre-VP tasks etc: TNB & Air Selangor (Residensi Seni).
  • Coordination with purchasers, Customer Experience, Property Management & Project for the fixing of appointment for handing over of VP.
  • Issuing official receipts.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Resourceful and have good communication skill.
  • Able to work in Kota Damansara.
  • Minimum internship period not less than 3 months.
