We are looking for a driven, reliable, and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
- Oversee health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory and ensure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Screen, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
- Fulfill all reporting and meeting requirements
- Respond to customers' complaints tactfully and professionally
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or Degree; Diploma in F&B/Hospitality/Business discipline is advantageous
- Proven working experience in management and the hospitality industry
- Prepared to work on weekends & public holidays
- Ability to work and stand for long hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills
