PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee, Health, Safety and Environmental (Hospital Cyberjaya)

UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety, health, and environmental training programs to develop foundational knowledge and skills.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of safety and environmental policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across the organization.
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and near misses, contributing to the development of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the development and delivery of safety and environmental awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) or a related field.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
