Assist in managing a team of site supervisors and contractors to ensure products are constructed according to required specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.

Construction Management

• Review, comment, and recommend approval for contractors' mandatory submissions, including HSE plans, logistics plans, safe work method statements, QA/QC plans, and progress reports.
• Review and comment on the contractor's baseline programme submission to ensure compliance with the overall development programme.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify that work is carried out in accordance with project requirements (specifications, drawings, quality).
• Monitor construction progress regularly to assess if the project is on track or delayed.
• Manage all technical and site-related matters to ensure smooth implementation of construction works.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure timely issuance of certificates for stage billing.
• Highlight discrepancies in construction drawings to the PP&D team and consultants before site work commences to minimize abortive works.
• Implement quality control procedures on-site to ensure products meet EW's quality requirements.
• Enforce EW's HSE requirements during the construction stage to ensure zero incidents and injuries.

Liaison with Key Stakeholders

• Build and maintain good rapport and actively engage with various stakeholders, including authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers/vendors.
