Job Description:
- Responsible for high engagements with SDG Stakeholders and appointed Consultant in workstream implementation life cycle related activities, review of proposed methods and provide timely monitoring, progress and escalation reporting to Procurement Digitalisation Transformation (PDT) Lead that is managing the PDT project.
- To lead SDG in the workstream implementation alongside appointed Consultant through the review of proposed methods, formulation of planning, timeline and defined deliverables for the project.
- Be point of contact for SDG Management, relevant Process Owners and Stakeholders in supporting the Business to achieve high quality implementation of workstream related processes and sub-processes in SAP Ariba globally.
- To support SDG in establishing the required organisational change related to digitalisation under PDT initiative globally, provide guidance and recommendations on potential solutioning and opportunities for improvements.
- Support SDG’s Management in the realisation of approved/defined strategies through the solutioning implemented as part of SAP Ariba.
- To lead SDG in establishing related monitoring and reporting needs in activities/processes with the workstream both in or outside the ERP environment.
Job Requirement
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in system implementation/integration, for workstream related to Sourcing to Contract and Buying.
- Hands-on management and leading workstreams/projects in a large global organisation that is Functional by structure.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP an advantage.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of ERP modules related to P2P and S2C. Competent in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Guided Buying in Ariba, and Buying modules.
- Experience in managing large complex projects at global/regional scale, involving multiple Business Units, Countries and large base of end users.
- Experience in change management related to digitalization or operational change management.
- Ability to cope well with ambiguity and achieve results in an environment where multiple and sometimes conflicting interests are at play.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building relationships, influencing, and appropriating people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Confident managerial and leading skills with high comprehension / experience in operational management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention for details and ability to drive differentiated approaches.
- Familiar with digital procurement tools, methods and technologies.
- Strong ability in analytics, OKRs / KPIs setting and monitoring.
- Proven track record of system related implementation.
