Business Analyst (BA) - Analysis (SQL), Business Communication, Banking Knowledge

Possess strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering regulatory reporting requirements with country teams.
• Reviewing requirements in the context of data requirements, source systems, and available data pipelines.
• Mapping data at the attribute level with data quality rules and extraction criteria.
• Defining inclusion/exclusion logic to source, combine, and transform data.
• Engaging developers for optimized solution design based on requirements.
• Collaborating with various business and technology partners to effectively integrate systems and processes.

Business Knowledge:

• Experience in the banking domain, including products and processes.
• Exposure to data management.
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Ability to understand and interpret banking regulatory requirements.
