Job Description:
Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage and supervise HR team and section: Recruitment, Training and Development, Welfares, C&B, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Security Guard, SHE, Foreign Worker, etc.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and align with the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor overall functions of HR, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Realign HR process and SOP for ISO 9001, OHSAS 14001 & 13485 compliance.
Lead and direct the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
Develop and ensure management actions conform to employee handbook and labor laws.
Oversee yearly performance appraisal via KPI system and discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover dates and cost/hire) and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Adhere to all application Occupational Safety, Health and Environment laws and regulations as well as such standards.
Manage employee relations, including absence, disciplinary, sickness, grievances counselling, and motivation.
