Job Description:

• Monitor and process sales orders.
• Attend to telephone inquiries professionally on request of sales services.
• Submit written quotations by email to clients/customers.
• Perform at a high level of customer service by interacting effectively with prospects, customers, coworkers, and management.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring all complaints are documented and reverted to the respective desk/supervisor/manager for immediate action.
• Liaise with GSC IT regarding sales order issues in the SAP system.
• Coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.
• Provide Sales performance reports accurately and on time.
• Back up and assist the sales order team as necessary.
• Liaise with other functions/departments (finance, account, regulatory, warehouse) for proper information flow according to procedure requirements. Contribute to the quality system and recommend changes where necessary.
• Efficiently deal with complaints to completion, enabling customer satisfaction.
• Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Properly record and scrutinize the complaints received.
• Facilitate creating/updating Customer Master Data.
