Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Exceeding customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
Required language(s): English and BM.
Fresh graduates who are interested in starting their career in a call center are encouraged to apply – TRAINING Provided.
Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
