Senior Field Engineer_Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review all technical project documentation at contract award and highlight changes and/or discrepancies between pre-award and contract documentation and deficiencies in tender method statements.
2. Lead, develop and review the generation of installation documentation, procurement and fabrication (scopes of work, procedures, drawings, sketches, etc.).
3. Ensure technical accuracy of procurement, fabrication and installation documentation including compliance with contract requirements.
4. Provide support in engineering-related matters to Project / Procurement Subcontracting Department to ensure the job is outsourced to a competent supplier or service provider.
5. Prepare and deliver project briefings to offshore/onshore personnel.
6. Ensure technical accuracy and compliance of offshore/onshore construction and inspection activities with contract requirements (i.e., witness and hold points).
7. Act as Focal Point for the resolution of technical queries and issues raised during the performance of offshore/onshore construction and inspection activities.
8. Manage the offshore/onshore construction schedule including liaison with OCM / OCS / Barge Superintendent and Client.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum/Marine Engineering.
2. Registered with the Board of Engineering Thailand.
3. 7 years working experience as a field engineer.
4. 2 years as Lead Field Engineer.
5. Possess project experience in various types of contracts such as T&I and EPCIC.
6. Familiar with relevant Engineering industry codes such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, DnV, Noble Denton-GLM.
