Key Responsibilities

• On-site customer education on Siemens healthcare systems.
• Customer consultancy and support for workflow improvements.
• Professional application support for customer tickets and escalations.
• Support of PLM/CRM process and sales support.

Requirements

Requirements include a university degree in Radiology, Engineering, Physics or equivalent disciplines, and at least 3 years of professional clinical experience with a radiography background.

Strong communication skills, customer focus, coaching and mentoring skills, initiative, result and quality orientation, and proficiency in MS Office applications are also required.
