Responsibilities
To manage outbound (pick and pack) and despatch functions of fulfilment operations.
Assign orders multiple times a day for pickers and packers.
To monitor picker and packer productivity, working speed and accuracy in order to meet predetermined SLA.
Ensure all problem orders reported are resolved on the same working day.
Ensure all packed orders handed over to despatch team have manifests created and signed off by 3PL upon handover.
Ensure operators keep products for each bin separated, organised, in correct location and in good condition.
