About the role
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director of Japan. Your primary duties include proofreading and editing translated articles and texts, though you may be required to produce new content ideas.

Responsibilities
A successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Develop and implement content strategies
• Produce high-quality content that engages with the Japanese audience through editing and proofreading of translated texts.
• Maintain the quality of articles at publishable standards.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Conduct research to generate content ideas
• Update search keywords that competitors cover
• Manage vendor work and its progress
• Collaborate with marketing teams to penetrate our brand in the Japanese market
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Ability to perform logical and critical thinking skills, as well as framework thinking skills at a sufficient level.
• At least 3 years of editing, proofreading, or content writing experience in the financial industry. Working experience in publishing, newspaper, or PR agencies over 5 years would also be considered.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Business level English and native level Japanese are required.
