Input for Annual Report.
Update website on current information related to Investment.
Coordinate and organise the Secretarial Services to various investment-related Committees by reviewing paperwork, slides, and minutes of various meetings prior to finalisation by Senior Manager.
Undertake secretariat tasks on:
Evaluate post incentive approval.
Updates of all ECER’s application forms related to EIST and EET.
Manage Database Management:
Updates and integrity of investment database including pre and post approvals information.
Prepare monthly reports for management.
Consolidate information from tracking sheet.
Establish and foster good working relationships with relevant Government agencies/authorities, industry players, investors, and other related stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as required.
Position Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Studies / Commerce / Law or any other related disciplines from a recognized University.
Minimum six (6) years of experience in Investment Management, especially in Manufacturing, Property, Agriculture, Tourism or other related sectors.
Strong networking among local and foreign business/investment communities.
Knowledge of various government tax incentives and familiarity with incentives application and approval process at MIDA or any related agency is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Promotion of Investment Act, Income Tax Act and Companies Act is an added advantage.
