Junior Swim Coach

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for swimming to join our team as a Swim Coach. While prior coaching experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. We seek someone who is comfortable in the water, with solid swimming skills, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided on the job to help you develop and grow in this role.

Job Requirements

• Basic swimming skills with a willingness to undergo additional training.
• Passionate about working with children and adults in a learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Good attitude and responsible character.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for students of various ages and skill levels, under the guidance of senior coaches.
• Observe, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Maintain pool safety and cleanliness standards during class times.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other coaches.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training in swim coaching techniques and safety knowledge.
