Job Responsibility
Social Media & Digital Communication
Manage and update content on social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels and track key metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness of communication efforts.
Plan and create informative and engaging content for digital platforms.
Develop and execute digital campaigns and promotion ideas to increase followers, drive leads, improve engagement, drive website traffic, and create content to generate brand awareness.
Explore creative ways to reach out to target audiences and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors' activities, and industry best practices in order to stay abreast of developments in the marketplace.
Craft effective local content best suited for each social media platform, including visual design and copy, and may include campaign activation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing activities.
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate or media events.
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and event management agencies to support the coordination of events.
Internal Communications
Work with the Marketing team in Singapore & Hong Kong Office.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing activities.
Event Management
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate or media events.
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and event management agencies to support the coordination of events.
Reporting & Analytics
Assist in tracking the effectiveness of communication strategies through regular reporting and analytics.
Provide recommendations for improving communications based on data insights.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent editing and proofreading abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
