Possess STPM / Diploma in Business Administration/ Finance/ Management or equivalent
Preferable at least 2 years working experience in Purchasing & Procurement related field
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Able to perform the full spectrum of the purchasing function and manage the day-to-day purchasing activities which include material sourcing, negotiation, preparing purchase orders, and order tracking
To issue PO based on material requirement plan
To monitor and ensure on-time delivery by supplier and supplier’s quality performance
