Chief Strategy Officer (Sales/Direct Selling)

Responsibilities:

  1. Leader Recruitment and Development: Identify and onboard key leaders to boost sales and growth. Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and their teams to ensure success.
  2. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Create and execute sales strategies, proposals, and action plans to meet recruitment and sales goals.
  3. Oversee the onboarding process for new distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and training to start building their businesses.
  4. Organize and execute events such as orientation programs, conferences, seminars, or workshops that provide further education and networking opportunities for distributors.
  5. Track sales performance and recruitment metrics across regions and leaders, providing regular updates and making adjustments as necessary.
  6. Host weekly training sessions, including virtual meetings, focusing on products, marketing strategies, and incentive programs to enhance team performance.
  7. Offer one-on-one coaching and mentorship to high-potential distributors, helping them with business strategy, goal-setting, and overcoming challenges.
  8. Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment on growth goals and target markets, ensuring the effective execution of lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
  9. Design and deliver business proposals to boost sales and recruitment efforts while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with leaders.
  10. Build and manage a high-performance growth team, including mentoring and developing talent in growth-focused roles.
  11. Manage the budget for growth-related initiatives and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  12. Foster a positive and cohesive company culture by organizing and promoting events that strengthen the bonds within the distributor network and align with company values.
  13. Offer ongoing support and problem-solving for distributors who face challenges in growing their business, including issues related to product sales, recruiting, or team dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Malaysians only
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in direct selling industry or sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in relevant industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems in the field and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Proficient in using data to make decisions, track performance, and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.

Salary: RM 15000 – RM 20000
