Responsibilities:

• Creating and carrying out plans for sustainable development, updating and sharing sustainability reports with management.
• Leading a team to encourage collaboration on sustainability, helping different divisions with sustainability issues, keeping the sustainability reporting framework up-to-date, monitoring and improving the company's sustainability performance, preparing annual sustainability reports and other materials, providing sustainability training, and staying informed about global sustainability efforts to ensure the company is actively involved.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience in in-house corporate sustainability

Knowledge: Sustainability / ESG Strategy/ Roadmap, Sustainability / ESG Framework, Sustainability / ESG Reporting and Performance Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis

Skills: Experience in driving sustainability adoption by companies, strong listening and communication skills, both orally and written, interpersonal & research skills
