This role focuses on executing joint business plans, promotions, and sales strategies with operator partners to drive sales growth and market competitiveness. The individual will oversee performance monitoring, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement joint business plans, promotions, and channel programs to enhance sales and product availability.
Performance Monitoring & Training: Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and conduct training for operator staff.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align channel strategies with internal teams in sales, marketing, and product development.
Negotiation & Compliance: Manage agreements, product pricing, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to balance supply and demand.

Requirements:
