Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Job Overview: We are looking for passionate and creative Digital Marketing interns who are eager to learn and grow in the field of online marketing. This is a fully remote internship where you will work on various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO, and online campaigns. Successful interns who perform well during the 3-month internship will have the chance to secure a permanent position within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
2. Manage and update social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
4. Conduct keyword research for SEO and SEM strategies.
5. Help in the creation of marketing content such as blogs, infographics, and social media posts.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement marketing strategies.
7. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing analytics.

Performance-Based Stipend: If your efforts contribute to significant results (e.g., lead generation, campaign success) during the internship, you will receive payment based on the achievements. Detailed performance metrics will be shared during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

1. Self-driven and eager to learn about digital marketing and online campaign strategies.
2. Strong communication and creative skills.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Canva, SEO tools, etc., is a plus.
4. Access to a personal laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and other necessary work-from-home tools.
5. Must be available to work full-time during the internship period.
