AM- Operation Projects & Implementation (Contract Logistics/SCM)

About the client:

Our Client is one of the world's leading logistics providers and has a significant presence in Malaysia. Our Client specializes in providing integrated logistics services, including freight forwarding, supply chain management, and contract logistics. They are seeking a project manager with experience in warehouse/3PL operations to coordinate and execute projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. A technical background, along with PMP/Prince II certification, is preferred for managing stakeholders and project documentation.

Job Description:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with in-house project delivery methodology.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for each project.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Implement proper change management as per methodology.
• Provide adequate updates for each project to stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Structured escalation to management if required.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder (preferably in Supply Chain).
• Experience in Project Management/Implementation focused on Warehouse/3PL Operations for at least 3 years.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in warehousing; PMP/Prince II certified (preferably).
