Responsibilities
Assist manager in identifying sales opportunities and developing sales promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and development trends.
Implement marketing programs in line with approved marketing plans and budget.
Prepare marketing materials for product launches and events.
Coordinate and organize product launches, road shows, and promotional events.
Handle APDL licensing matters.
Liaise with local authorities on application and renewal of outdoor advertising permits.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or any equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in Property Development.
Extensive marketing experience in conventional and online marketing.
Budgeting, research, and analysis skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
5 days work week.
Working at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
Full-time position.
