Responsibilities

• Assist manager in identifying sales opportunities and developing sales promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and development trends.
• Implement marketing programs in line with approved marketing plans and budget.
• Prepare marketing materials for product launches and events.
• Coordinate and organize product launches, road shows, and promotional events.
• Handle APDL licensing matters.
• Liaise with local authorities on application and renewal of outdoor advertising permits.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or any equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Property Development.
• Extensive marketing experience in conventional and online marketing.
• Budgeting, research, and analysis skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• 5 days work week.
• Working at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
• Full-time position.
