Teammates (Lives Sales Agent) - Japan Market

What does a TaskUs Teammate really do? Think of yourself as the backbone of the company, the employee that will provide the best and world-class customer experience to your clients.

As a Teammate, you must:

1. Responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales ecommerce revenue for clients.
2. Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
3. When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM to be serviced by sales team.
4. Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels.

So, do you have what it takes to become a teammate? We’re looking for someone who:

1. Is willing to work on-site.
2. Has 1 year customer service or sales experience.
3. Able to speak in Japanese. This is required as Teammates will provide support for Japanese customers.
4. We are open for native Japanese.
5. Is computer literate and proficient to use Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications.
6. Meets the typing requirement (30WPM for Voice).
7. This is an office hour position, servicing Japan operation hours. (Monday to Friday).
