Full spectrum of HR management with emphasis on Payroll, provide support on HR general functions, HR administration, HR operational and office administration.
Provide in all aspects of Human Resource Management and Administrative functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management and other HR related support services.
Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
Check, reconcile and validate to ensure all payroll transactions and all employee claims are processed accurately and timely.
Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts.
Organize, maintain and update employee information as needed.
Maintain, recommend and revise the company’s human resource policies and procedures.
Ensure the company compliance with all statutory requirements in conditions of employment, transfers, promotion, etc.
Attend and handle employee counseling, grievance and disciplinary matters.
Provide full support for onboarding/offboarding of staff and management.
Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude with high accuracy in details.
A self-starter, initiative, independent and possess a high degree of confidentiality.
Able to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
