About the job (A) Business Analyst - Principle Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives.
2. Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost.
3. Preparing system documentation, e.g., business requirements, functional specification, system testing plan, and User manual.
4. Supporting communication within business parties and development team.
5. Working with developers to ensure they fully understand the requirements.
6. Supporting SIT team to design SIT test cases.
7. Collaborating with Project Manager to control and follow-up on User requirement changes and manage user expectations appropriately.
8. Working with business parties and end users to confirm delivery schedule and follow-up on system implementation.
9. Conducting system demonstrations as needed.
10. Conducting User training as needed.
11. Mentoring junior BAs.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent oral communication in Bahasa/Chinese; good English is a plus.
2. Over 7 years of working experience as a BA in the insurance industry.
3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Engineering-related fields (MBA degree will be a big advantage).
4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Ability to use JIRA and Confluence to manage requirement documents and tasks.
6. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.
7. Able to understand and explain business scenarios to overseas business users and technical teams.
8. Well understanding of project management knowledge.
9. Project management experience will be a big advantage.
10. Software development experience will be a big advantage.
11. Open-minded, responsible, and willing to face challenges.
