Resident Architect

Job Description:

Position: Resident Architect (1 position)

Location: SK Bandar Putra 2, Kulai, Johor

Qualification:

1. Possess a qualified / recognized architectural degree with LAM / PAM (Part 2)
2. Knowledge of construction methods, Microsoft Project or equivalents
3. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
4. Able to assist Principal Architect in Contract Administration
5. Proactive and able to work independently
6. Experience in supervising and coordinating with Consultants, Site Staff, Contractors, and others
7. Meticulous on construction quality and appearance
