About the role

Responsible for managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and manpower— specifically direct workers under SUJV, including salary-related matters. Additionally, oversee administrative procurements such as utility bills, rentals, office supplies, company assets, and other operational expenses to ensure smooth and cost-effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Purchase Order (PO) for construction material, equipment, manpower etc.
  • Managing administrative procurement tasks, including utilities, bill payments, rental agreements, managing company assets, selling scrap, etc.
  • Key in and update procurement data and others information into SAP and ERP system. (will be guide and provide a manual guideline on how to use the system).
  • Prepare procurement report for Management review.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers and internal team for smooth procurement operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation by scanning records for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualification, Knowledge and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 4 to 5 years of experience focusing on procurement execution, administrative management, and system data entry.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Works effectively under tight deadlines
