About the role

Golden Sinma Pacific is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client-facing sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, and order materials as needed
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by performing various administrative tasks

  • Proficient in using social media
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Detail-oriented and with a keen eye for accuracy
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
