Job Description

Responsibilities:

Primary:

1. Prepare timely and accurate Net Assets Values for Alternative Funds.
2. Process trades, pricing, corporate actions and accounting transactions or journals related to Hedge Funds.
3. Reconcile Cash and Holdings between core Accounting systems and external parties such as Prime Brokers, Custodian or Asset Manager.
4. Assist with the resolution of trade discrepancies and communicate to clients and management.
5. Generate daily, weekly or monthly reports including generating control reports to ensure integrity of the reports.
6. Assist, as assigned, in preparing financial statements, audit schedules, compliance reports, tax allocations or other reports.
7. Communicate with Custodians, Prime Brokers, Asset Managers or Clients as necessary.

Secondary:

1. Assist on completion of project, testing or transition of new/existing clients as necessary.
2. Formulate process improvements to enhance existing workflow or system and assist in implementation.

Other:

1. To ensure all phases of work are properly documented.
2. To work independently and resourcefully on work assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with exposure to accounting, investment, finance or any other analytical course work. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
