Perform Microbiology Analysis of incoming selected Raw Materials / Packaging Materials in process products.
Perform swab tests for machinery, people (hand/gloves), machine cloth, culinary, and area.
Conduct air quality (filters) tests.
Prepare monthly or daily reports (inclusive of inventory control of microbiological activities / swab test results).
Participate in internal and external calibration of QA equipment.
Perform hygiene checks and pest control activities.
Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas and proper maintenance of equipment.
Assist in arranging and monitoring insect and rodent activities.
Complete any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics.
Minimum 1-year experience is required for this position; however, fresh graduates will also be considered.
Working experience in a microbe lab would be an added advantage.
