Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, marketing database and display advertising.
• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance the company's social media presence.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, relevant content for various digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize all search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
• Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to enhance engagement and growth.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Online Marketing Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing and executing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, marketing databases, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
