• Assist manager to ensure and maintain IATF standards in accordance to its requirement
• Responsible for working with manager to manage the daily operation of the raw material and finished goods
• Assist manager to supervise operation and logistic team members
• Enforce the principle procedure of FIFO (First In First Out) in storage and replenishment of component to minimize aging, deterioration and wastage materials
• Perform physical checking of goods, and to ensure stock card being implemented and updated at all times
• Perform Inventory control of incoming and outgoing goods cycle count, and housekeeping (SS)
• Manage stock movement and ensure inventory is properly maintained, in physical and system
• Maintain and ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement activities in warehouse
• Responsible for working with manager to establish policies, standard of procedures for material service activities
• Prepare and submit relevant reporting in timely manners, monthly KPI reports & other reports to 3rd party warehouse stock control.
• To manage executive, supervisor and work together with the team
• To ensure all the documentations had been updated in system within 24 hours and those necessary documents being submitted to respective department on timely manner
• Control inventory by conducting physical stock count & reconciliation and maintain > 99.5% stock count accuracy
• Monitor all SO and DI from customers and ensure all parts delivered accordingly
• To involve in new model packing standard proposal and transportation cost study
• Monitor and coach the performance of warehouse employees in relations to their work performance
• To undertake any other tasks, assignment or projects as assigned by Superior from time to time, as assigned by the Inventory Management Manager/Plant

Job Specification :

• Degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing Management or equivalent
• Min 5 years in Inventory Management or Supply Chain, preferably in automotive Industry
• SAP System & Inventory Management, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Kaizen and QC Tools. Strong work ethic and integrity
• Good Analytical Skills and communication skills
