Business Development Manager (PLM) Mobile

Key Responsibilities

Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and/or existing PLM portfolio.

Manage and monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter, hand over the file management to Portfolio Manager at CBBC.

Grow SME portfolio and assets through Program Lending.

Cross-sell Bank and Group products and services.

Grow SME deposits.

Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.

Ensure compliance with conditions precedent.

Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable thresholds.
