What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the Charge: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to deliver top-notch PHP applications.
2. Focus: Technical leadership and mentoring. You may oversee a team of developers, ensuring code quality, design standards, and project delivery.
3. Build & Optimize: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance PHP-based solutions using modern frameworks.
4. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams – from product managers to designers – to bring projects from concept to reality.
5. Raise the Bar: Perform code reviews, ensure best coding practices, and optimize performance to deliver quality products.
6. Solve Challenges: Identify technical hurdles and provide creative, scalable solutions that keep us ahead of the curve.
7. Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies to fuel continuous innovation.

Your Skill and Experience:

1. Experience: 5+ years Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer, with deep expertise in PHP development or Laravel.
2. Technical Chops: Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, etc.) and experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL).
3. Leadership: A track record of mentoring, leading and guiding development teams to success.
4. Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, scalable solutions.
5. Tools of the Trade: Experience with version control (Git), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and agile methodologies.
6. Curiosity & Drive: A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
7. Communication: Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
