Qualifications
- University Diploma/Degree or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years in Project Management Experience, preferably in a global setting.
- Experience working in the automotive industry or with high-profile clients preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Liaison and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the operations team in APAC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Project Coordination and Management:
- Coordinate project activities between Client’s APAC team and the operations team in APAC.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Facilitate regular communication between the client and the operations team through meetings, emails, and reports.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution:
- Provide support to any escalations from the operations team in APAC by working with Client APAC.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to the operations team to ensure they understand client expectations and project requirements.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as needed.
