Senior Performance Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Performance Test Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AppDynamics, Java, and LoadRunner along with domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain software applications using Python, Java, and other relevant technologies.
2. Monitor and optimize application performance using AppDynamics and LoadRunner.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for Consumer Lending Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues in the aforementioned domains.
5. Ensure the security and integrity of applications by following best practices and industry standards.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of applications.
10. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
11. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
12. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all technical activities.

Qualifications

1. Must have strong experience in Java, AppDynamics, and LoadRunner.
2. Must have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management.
3. Nice to have domain experience in Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, & Brokerage.
4. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
