(A) Senior J2EE Developer

Location: KL
Prefer non-Indian candidate to balance the workforce, open for foreign expats but only those who are currently working in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Will be part of a strong development team focusing on development of critical services.
2. Should be able to mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
3. Embrace DevOps culture and implement automation for applications.
4. Provide technical leadership and expertise for design, implementation, and quality release. Develop reliable services from user interface to DB backend.
5. Propose changes to the deployment architecture to improve performance, scalability, and manageability.
6. Ensure quality decisions are made in review and analysis of the tools from 3rd party vendors.
7. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
8. Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
9. Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code.
10. Test and debug new applications and updates.
11. Participating in code reviews.

Key Requirements:

1. Technical/Functional skills
2. Strong knowledge of Java Application Frameworks (Struts, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Springboot).
3. Minimum 10 years of J2EE development experience.
4. Working experience with CI/CD tool chain.
5. Microservice experiences will be an added advantage.
