Purchasing Executive

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Handle Raw Material Purchase Confirmation, cargo readiness, and data entry for incoming raw material shipments.
• Liaise and coordinate with local/overseas suppliers to manage order coordination, shipment logistics, and timely delivery execution.
• Liaise and coordinate with appointed forwarders/transporter to ensure cargo clearance on time.
• Handle Import customs declaration operations for Raw Material purchases.
• Prepare and check raw material payment applications inclusive of bank endorsement.
• Prepare related reports for Raw Material.
• Handle claims for Raw Material.
• Assist associate or sister companies within CSC Group for Malaysia’s product certification only.
• Implement instructed tasks or missions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with work stress.
