We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in the banking domain and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering business requirements, optimizing CRM solutions for banking operations, and leading a team of analysts to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to ensure successful project execution.
Gather, analyze, and document banking business requirements for CRM solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to define CRM strategies, workflows, and automation.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and enhance Dynamics CRM solutions tailored for banking operations.
Ensure CRM configurations align with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and system demonstrations.
Monitor and assess CRM system performance, recommending improvements for efficiency.
Develop and maintain detailed business process models, functional specifications, and user stories.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support CRM system implementation and adoption.
Provide CRM user training and ongoing support to banking teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
Strong experience in the banking domain (retail banking, corporate banking, lending, KYC, etc.).
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (configuration, workflows, reporting).
Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical CRM requirements.
Strong understanding of data management, customer insights, and CRM reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
