Job Brief
Our client, a leading FMCG, Direct Selling, and D2C company, is seeking a Training and Corporate Event Manager to design and implement dealer training programs and oversee corporate events. The role focuses on enhancing dealer performance through structured training while managing events that drive engagement, sustainability, and business growth.
Responsibilities
Training Management:
- Design and implement dealer training programs covering product knowledge, compensation plans, network development, public speaking, and soft skills.
- Identify skill gaps and high-potential leaders, developing growth plans to strengthen the salesforce.
- Set and track KPIs for training effectiveness and performance improvement.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to dealers.
Corporate Event Management:
- Organize dealer engagement events, including town halls, incentive awards, and top sales recognition programs.
- Plan and execute green initiatives like tree planting during dealer events.
- Manage training-related events for new product launches and leadership development.
- Oversee event logistics and budget to ensure cost-effective execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in training management, corporate events, or a related role.
- Background in Direct Selling, FMCG, Retail, or BPO preferred.
- Strong communication, people management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
