Identify opportunities for improvement within supplier processes and assist, as necessary, with the development and implementation of these improvement activities.
Communicate with suppliers and internal customers on product quality concerns and initiate corrective and/or preventive actions for these concerns.
Participate in continual improvement programs and activities to support the achievement of department KPI.
Initiate, review and track Supplier Corrective Actions Requests until actions have been implemented and verified as effective.
Maintain SQE MRB area.
When applicable, facilitate and supervise all sorting activities for material disposition.
Supplier performance monitoring, supplier audit and FAIR process.
Tracking, reporting and analysis of supplier nonconforming material and/or scrap.
Experience with MS Office applications and MS Window operating systems, SAP.
Demonstrated proficiency in Computer applications.
Familiar with contract manufacturing industry.
Typical Experience
3-5 Years experience in mechanical part commodity, PCB industry.
Typical Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ E&E engineering or related subject.
