Project Coordinator (Air Filter Industry, Puchong)
Company Background:
We are representing a fast-growing Air Filter Company in Puchong. Currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions with the team to mitigate risks.
- Address technical challenges and resolve project-related conflicts.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders.
- Facilitate information flow within the project team.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Assist in the procurement of project materials and supplies.
- Coordinate logistics for project activities and events.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Project Coordinator role.
- Able to multitask and handle multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (due to business nature).
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Medical reimbursement.
