We are looking for a Lecturer with the below skill sets:

Responsibilities as a Lecturer:

Review, develop and update lesson plans and learning materials in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
Conduct lectures, tutorials and any other means of facilitating the learning of students.
Monitor, supervise and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
Involve in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
Provide academic counselling, pastoral care and mentoring sessions to students.
Work in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment; including organizing seminars, college activities, open days and programme previews.

Responsibilities as a Programme Leader:

Contribute to the development of new academic programmes.
Coordinate the course timetabling, manpower planning and staff assignation within the department/programme.
Map and manage students' study plans including students' queries or complaints and feedback to ensure a conducive environment for the students.
Liaise with industry partners and partner universities for smooth facilitation of programmes and students.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or in a related discipline. Candidates majoring in Artificial Intelligence or Cyber Security will stand a higher chance of being shortlisted.
A minimum of 5 years of working experience with 3 years of lecturing experience in tertiary education.
Passionate in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students.
Good presentation and management skills to handle staff and students in respective programmes and departments.
