Factory Operator

Job Responsibility

• Carry out production schedule planning for chemical manufacturing tasks aligned with orders received.
• Ensure products manufactured conform to product specification and quality.
• Monitor and ensure accurate and safe loading of finished products for outgoing deliveries.
• Partake in improvement studies and process traceability throughout the department.
• Determine and maintain material resources required for production continuity.
• Abide by and enforce health and safety regulations from all production personnel.
• Monitor and organize routine maintenance and repair of production tools and equipment.
• Lead and organize relevant departmental training sessions.
• Inventory management to ensure smooth production flow and first-in-first-out practices.
• Implement and enforce overall departmental cost control.
• Manage subordinates' workplace etiquette and behavior as well as delegate individual daily tasks.
• Prepare monthly production reports for production assistant manager/manager.
• Participate in company stock taking events.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the Production Sector or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to learn new things is a must.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to deliver results.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Fast learner and guided thinker.
• Passionate about learning production knowledge.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
