Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Manage IT Technical Project Delivery as below:
2. Understand client’s requirements, contract scope and the scenarios.
3. Responsible for planning, coordination, supervision and execution of project according to the agreement and budget plan.
4. Define project requirement scope and identify solutions consistent with defined terms methodology, policy and regulations.
5. Closely work with project team, product team and client, to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects.
6. Monitor project status and handle the risks/issues to ensure the design and quality are delivered as planned.
7. Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance.
8. Prepare and submit internal documents to be compliant with the company policy.

Qualifications

1. Degree holder or above in Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Management or related discipline.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in project management role.
3. Great communication and leadership skill. Be able to maintain good relationship with customers. Self-motivated and performance driven business sense.
4. 25-50% overseas travel and onsite project delivery are required.
5. Experience in Smart City, Smart Public Security or Smart Public Transport is a definite advantage.
6. PMP is preferred.
7. IT Fundamental Knowledge in OS/Network/Server/Cloud is preferable.
8. Good learning ability, be able to understand the products knowledge of the company group.
9. Work carefully and conscientiously, with strong ownership.
10. Able to communicate in both English & Mandarin.
