Job description

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at INTERWAY Transport Sdn Bhd.

As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and resolving customer inquiries to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries.
  2. Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
  4. Accurate data entry skills for maintaining records and tracking shipments.
  5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements

  1. Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Knowledge of shipping processes, freight, and supply chain operations is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to assist CHINA customers and partners.
  5. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
