Assistant Manager, Project

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Others Field.
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience in developer/project management/property and construction.
• Preferably Director specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written.
• Excellent in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementation & closure of project cycle.
• Liaising with consultants and contractors to manage daily activities such as monitoring site progress, overseeing project implementation, conducting quality checks, resolving discrepancies and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Lead the project stage billing by ensuring a healthy cash flow for all projects.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status.
• Plan and monitor the overall execution of project management to be within allocated budget, cost and time with the right quality and performance.
• Monitor overall progress of works, work program, resource plan with agreed timeline and monitor submission of all items for handing over works.
• Liaise with contractors, authorities and project consultants on all technical, QA/QC and day-to-day operations to ensure conformance to project quality plan and specifications.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors to obtain all the necessary documents for CCC and VP.
• Assist in managing defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and ensure defects are resolved within the agreed timeframe.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
